We agree a designated company manager who will act as liaison officer with the advisor to ensure implementation of appropriate policies, practices and procedures.
Firstly a preliminary HR assessment is carried out at your company premises to determine current HR systems and identify appropriate changes to achieve best practice and ensure compliance with legislation.
The designated company officer and your HR advisor jointly develop a prioritised HR implementation plan based on the HR assessment and business needs.
